Shipping & Returns Policy
We usually ship out every package via USPS to all 50 states in the USA (unless otherwise stated). If you would like to request shipment outside of the United States, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

We ship out packages Monday through Friday. We usually Process your order and ship out packages within 48 business hours from when the order is placed. Keep in mind, we are on Pacific Standard Time. If you place an order on Friday, then your order will be shipped out within 72 business hours. That means your order will be shipped out on Tuesday at the latest (but if a holiday occurs on a Monday then your order will be shipped out on Wednesday). This rule still applies even if you choose Priority Mail shipping.
Once the post office picks up our packages, it is solely in the hands of USPS and their workers. Thus, it is the responsibility of USPS to delivery your package in a safe and timely manner.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Due to the nature of shipping and receiving we reserve the right to operate outside of these general guidelines as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Unless approved in advance, we can only ship to the verified billing address used on your order.
Shipping / Damage Claims:
Upon receipt of your package(s), it is your responsibility to inspect items to be sure damage has not occurred during transit.
If damage exists, immediately ask the driver to note the condition and to do their part to start a damage claim with USPS.
T Plus Vape Returns Policy:
Because of strict health regulations, opened cartridges, atomizers, or e-liquid cannot be returned unless they are defective. For all other items, please contact us for help in determining if a part is under warranty.
Products must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for either an exchange or refund. This excludes refund eligibility on any eLiquid, atomizers/cartomizers, drip tips, tanks, clearomizers, and rebuildable atomizers that have been used. For exchanges, customers will not be eligible for a refund on shipping and will require the responsibility to handle shipping fees/handling.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any unopened/unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must unopened/unused.

Login into your account.
View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by T Plus Vape. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
